Since 2014, European blockchain accelerator system, Outlier ventures has successfully run Polkadot and Filecoin base camp accelerator programs. They have also developed a profound record of growing more than 90 Web3 start-ups. This year, they’re looking to accelerate the ecosystem even further with its signature five-month program.
Outlier Ventures has chosen Ethereum scaling platform Polygon to collaborate with them in hosting the program.
Outlier’s Polygon x Base Camp Accelerator is now accepting applications for as much as 8 teams. The program is set to launch next year.
It aims to support not only founders with token design and implementation, fundraising, community growth, governance, business model innovation, etc., it will also nurture founders developing projects within the framework of Outlier Ventures’ Open Metaverse thesis with a toolkit for user-centered design alternatives based on the principle of sovereignty of data, identity, and funds.
With Polygon Base Camp, successful applicants will receive comprehensive support:
$50k immediate funding
Up to $200,000 total funding available per team
A 12-week remote-first accelerator program
Startup resources, legal and back-office support
An ecosystem of over 200+ investors & mentors; the biggest names of Web 3
